DESCRIPTION:

 

It is to ours surprise that a native spice of Moluccan Island of Indonesia, known as Kemiri/ Candleberry/ Candlenut or Aleurites moluccana can substitute creaminess contributed by pecorino cheese a pinenuts in a traditional pesto sauce. The use of candleberry makes our pesto powder perfect for our vegans and those that are nut allergic. But even for any healthy food fans, our twist of recipe that uses superfood moringa leafs makes this pesto appealing.

 

Enjoy our new discovery of the uses of native exotic spices. We use naturally only the best candleberry, which is naturally grown in Flores Island by the indigenous people at Tana Zozo.

Uses

Usage Reccomendation:

 

○ Making vegan noodle from 1 Pack of Javara Vegetable Noodle (200g).

○ Soak the noodle in medium-heat water for 10 minutes, then strain.

○ Slightly stir fry 4 tablespoons of Javara Vegan Pesto Powder with 60 ml (4 tablespoons) Javara Coconut Cooking Oil.

○ Then add the noodle and mix well. Serve hot.
