Gluten Free Brownies


  • 100 gr @javaraindonesia  Coconut Cooking Oil
  • 75 gr Dark Chocolate Couveture
  • 100 gr @javaraindonesia  Coconut Sugar
  • 20 gr Water
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr Banana Flour
  • 50 gr Rice Flour
  • 15 gr Cocoa Powder
  • 20 gr Cashew, roasted and chopped


  1. Melt the dark chocolate with oil, sugar and water
  2. Once the chocolate mixture cooled down, insert the eggs one by one
  3. Insert all the remaining ingredients, but save some of the cashew for topping
  4. Pour the batter in a 30x10cm brownie pan, scatter the topping
  5. Bake in a 175ºC degree preheated oven  for approximately 30 minutes
